To uphold our commitment to excellence in merchant processing and client support, PatientPay (parent company of ClearGage) will be discontinuing its relationship with Paya and transitioning clients to the ClearGage/PatientPay merchant processing platform. The emails you’ve received about this effort are legitimate.
To ensure uninterrupted merchant processing, please complete the new ClearGage/PatientPay merchant application no later than March 15, 2025.
Key Benefits of Transitioning to ClearGage/PatientPay:
- A single, consolidated invoice for both merchant processing and the ClearGage platform.
- First-class support for all merchant inquiries, including invoicing and rates.
- A flat-rate processing fee, eliminating the complexity of interchange fees associated with varying rates for cards such as reward or airline mileage cards.
You have already received an email and a new agreement via DocuSign. Please validate the information on the agreement, add any missing information, and digitally sign the agreement. If you have any questions, contact information for your account manager is in the email you received.
