Account Manager (Supports CST & PST Clients)

We are adding an experienced Account Manager to our growing Operations team! The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. This position works primarily with our Midwest and West Coast clientele, work hours must align with 9am-6pm CST.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Work closely and effectively with the sales team to create a smooth transition for new clients from sales to account management
  • Present and sell company products and services to existing customers
  • Monitor client dashboards; prepare and deliver client specific success plans
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ of proven success in client management
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Healthcare or FinTech background highly preferred
  • Must be able to travel ~ 20% (When travel resumes)

Pay: $60k-$65k
