ClearGage, an innovative company that is transforming Healthcare fintech, is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive integrated Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, white-labeled reseller relationships, and other channel partners. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our growth strategy by cultivating strategic collaborations to exponentially expand our reach.
In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying and nurturing relationships with ISVs and resellers, aligning their offerings with ClearGage’s cutting-edge healthcare payments platform. Your experience in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements will be crucial as you work to create win-win scenarios that drive mutual value for ClearGage, our partners, and clients. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and go-to-market strategies, solidifying ClearGage’s position as an industry leader.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and engage potential ISV partners and white-labeled resellers in the healthcare technology ecosystem to create a robust pipeline.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align ClearGage’s solutions with partners’ offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partner executives, fostering mutual growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements that maximize value.
- Liaise with product and development teams to plan and facilitate integration with new partners.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and measure partnership performance, managing strategies to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in establishing integrated relationships in the RCM, EHR/PM, Healthcare Payments or FinTech, or other related fields.
- Existing contacts in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in a consultative sales model and a track record for achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled using Salesforce or similar CRM highly preferred.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow and function efficiently in a work-from-home environment.
- Goal-driven with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
