Payment Types

We accept payments from VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card® as well as any checking or savings account. You can also use your FSA or HSA accounts to make payments.


Your provider may offer zero or low interest payment plans for patients with an existing balance. Subscription plans may also be available for patients who are receiving ongoing services. Check with your provider for more information.

AutoPay with Account on File

ClearGage’s AutoPay with Account on File technology allows you to safely store your payment account details to pay your healthcare provider for balances as they come due. You determine the maximum dollar amount per charge and how many times your payment account can be used. You are in complete control. All payment accounts are tokenized and stored in our encrypted payment vault and used only with your permission.

QuickPay – Mobile Payments

Pay easily and quickly from your mobile device or tablet with just a few clicks. Receive text or email messaging with a link to our mobile-friendly solution, or login to our portal for more robust account management features.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Use our interactive voice response (IVR) system to make payments, review payment history and/or connect to a live agent for personalized assistance with your questions.

ClearGage is a technology and financial services company contracted with your provider to administer their patient payment programs. We are a patient advocate and liaison with you and your provider.
Your provider recommends you for the program and we contact you via mail, text, email, IVR or through an outbound call from one of our patient engagement specialists. You would then select from one of the available payment options and provide your authorized payment account to make your scheduled payments. Click here to refer your provider

No, a payment plan will not affect your credit.
Yes, you can change your payment accounts through one of our self-service options including online and IVR or by calling our patient engagement center.
As long as your account remains current, you can use your account for any services rendered by a participating provider and their affiliates.
This is determined by your provider. Fees, if any, will be disclosed to you at the time of enrollment. There are no hidden fees or punitive or retroactive interest. However, you may be subject to late fees and non-sufficient funds fees should your payments decline.
